            High Performance Nucleating Agent(NP-508)

            High performance nucleating agent NP-508(NA-II) is a kind of organophosphate salt nucleating agent, whose structure is similar to some famous transnational corporations'.

            Chemical Name:Sodium2,2'-Methylene bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate.
            Structure:

            Appearance: White Powder.
            Melting Point: >400οC.
            Volatility: <0.5%

            Characteristics: Highly effective nucleating agent for polyolefin, capable of raising matrix resin's crystallization temperature, heat distortion temperature, tensile strength, surface strength, bending modulus and impact strength, furthermore, it can improve transparency of matrix resin.
            The Recommended Content: 0.05-0.20%.
            Applications: NP-508 is a suitable nucleating agent for PP, PE, PET and polyamides.

            Package and Storage: The inner package is Al platinum bag (10kg/bag), the out package is paper box and one box contains 2 bags. Storage in cold and dry place, it may be preserved long while not destroying the seal. Please bundle the bag after used.

            Notes: This product is a kind of organic chemical and inedible. If lhere is any product in mouth or eye while using, please wash with large amount of waler immediately, and prompl medical atlention should be taken if serious.
